Lisa Gillen

Lisa is an Enterprise Integration Architect with more than 36 years of experience in Information Systems consulting, including 33 years dedicated to Healthcare (EHR) consulting. She earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and accounting from the University of Wisconsin. She began her career at a global Information Systems Consulting firm, where she spent 22 years before joining The Joxel Group where she has continued to help healthcare organizations optimize their operations for the past 14 years.

In her current role, Lisa specializes in process improvement, process re-engineering, EHR implementation, end-user training, configuration, and data analysis and reporting. Drawing on extensive clinical and billing/financial experience, she partners with clients to design practical solutions that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of their technology investments.

Lisa is passionate about collaborating with clients to solve complex business and technical challenges. She finds the greatest satisfaction in helping organizations develop innovative process improvements and technical solutions that enhance productivity and support better outcomes. Her leadership philosophy centers on putting clients first by listening carefully to their unique needs, providing honest and timely guidance, and working alongside them to identify the best solutions for their organizations.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading with her book club, walking her dogs, and playing pickleball.
