Sushil Pillai serves as President & CEO of The Joxel Group, where he helps healthcare organizations, pension systems, and public-sector agencies align business strategy, technology, and innovation to achieve measurable outcomes for their organizations and the communities they serve.

With more than 25 years of management consulting experience, Sushil has led large-scale EMR and pension system implementations, business process re-engineering initiatives, change management programs, and advanced analytics efforts that enable organizations to make better data-driven decisions. He specializes in Business Strategy, AI Strategy & Governance, and AI-Driven Data Analytics, helping organizations identify practical AI opportunities, establish governance frameworks, manage risk, and transform data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, service delivery, and long-term organizational effectiveness.

Prior to founding The Joxel Group, Sushil held executive leadership positions with Whittman-Hart, Ernst & Young, and Saber Corporation, which was later acquired by Hewlett-Packard (HP). His approach combines strategic vision with practical execution, helping clients leverage technology, data, and AI to create sustainable value for their organizations and the individuals and communities they serve.
