Neel Eswara serves as Director – Technology Solutions at Joxel, where he leads the development of Microsoft stack-based solutions that help clients solve complex business challenges.

Neel brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, having worked across roles as a developer, project leader, and manager of multi-client and multi-vendor engagements. Over the course of his career, he has built deep expertise in the Defined Benefits and Healthcare industries, guiding organizations through complex system implementations and long-term technology partnerships.

A Project Management Professional (PMP), Neel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, a foundation that shapes his structured, analytical approach to solving client problems.

What motivates Neel most is delivering solutions that help clients accelerate growth in their respective industries in a cost-effective way. He approaches leadership with a mindset of continuous learning — and unlearning — believing that the best way to guide and serve both his team and clients is to stay curious and adaptable as technology and business needs evolve.

Outside of work, Neel enjoys playing pickleball, practicing yoga, and traveling with his family. He is grateful for the support of his wife and enjoys spending time with his daughter.
